I love it! Great colour combination! 
For the vision, I gave you 4 stars because, simply put, it's beautiful. Whether you had this vision from the beginning or it developed into this later on I don't know, but all I can say is that it looks fantastic. As far as improvement goes, I may suggest some very light shading where you deem fit.
For the Originality, I gave you a 3.5 because it's a technique that's been used before, or at least it looks similar to other works. Please understand, I'm not accusing you of copying, I'm simply stating my opinion. (Though it's almost likely that my opinion is flawed!)
How you could become better, as far as originality goes, that I'm not quite sure. :3 It's very well done!!
Technique. Oh my dear, the technique on this was positively flawless, it was well executed and fantastically preformed. This is obviously a technique that you've been practicing, because it is simply marvelously well done.
As far as Impact goes, I gave you a 4.5 simply because it's hard for someone to pass this piece over. It naturally draws your eye and pulls you in.
Overall, in case you couldn't tell, this piece is fantastic.
